UX Researcher / Usability Analyst – Remote

Pixelizes is looking for a UX Researcher / Usability Analyst to help shape user-centered products through deep research, user testing, and data-driven insights. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to uncover user needs and turn findings into meaningful improvements.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing sessions
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and behavioral reports
  • Analyze data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to validate wireframes and prototypes
  • Present research findings to internal teams and stakeholders
  • Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and user behavior best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in UX research or usability analysis
  • Proficiency in tools like Maze, Optimal Workshop, Hotjar, or Google Analytics
  • Strong understanding of human-centered design principles
  • Experience creating research plans, test scripts, and usability reports
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to translate insights into actionable product recommendations

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with accessibility testing (WCAG standards)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Background in psychology, HCI, or behavioral science
