Job Description:
Pixelizes is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in crafting beautiful, intuitive, and impactful user experiences for web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and clients to bring digital ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and user testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups in Figma or Adobe XD
- Design intuitive interfaces with a focus on user experience and accessibility
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Maintain design consistency across projects and platforms
- Contribute to design systems and documentation
- Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends and best practices
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing web/app design projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
Nice to Have:
- Motion or interaction design skills
- Experience designing for SaaS or FinTech products
- Familiarity with WordPress or no-code tools
- Experience with usability testing tools (Maze, Hotjar, etc.)
