About the Role:
Pixelizes is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to drive our digital presence and build community across platforms. You will be responsible for content creation, campaign planning, and performance analytics to help grow our brand and engage our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cross-platform social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, stories, and reels
- Plan monthly content calendars in alignment with marketing and design teams
- Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community
- Track and analyze KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, followers, conversions)
- Stay up to date with trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing for campaign execution
- Run paid ad campaigns and manage budgets (if required)
- Identify influencers and manage collaborations
- Grow brand awareness and loyalty through meaningful engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media management
- Proven portfolio or social accounts you’ve managed
- Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Canva, Notion, or Hootsuite
- Strong writing and visual storytelling skills
- Understanding of performance metrics and social trends
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Figma is a plus
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in running Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Video editing for reels or shorts (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, etc.)
