About the Role:
Pixelizes is looking for a data-driven and results-oriented SEO Specialist to drive organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance website visibility across all digital platforms. You’ll work closely with content creators, designers, and developers to implement smart and effective SEO strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink audits
- Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and page speed
- Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-optimized articles and pages
- Conduct regular SEO audits and monitor site performance (Google Search Console, GA4, etc.)
- Analyze and report on KPIs, rankings, and traffic using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz
- Identify technical SEO issues and work with developers for timely fixes
- Stay updated with algorithm changes and SEO best practices
- Manage local SEO, Google Business Profile, and schema markup
- Assist in link-building campaigns and outreach efforts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T principles, and technical SEO
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Google Analytics & Google Ads certification
- Experience in e-commerce and local SEO strategies
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Experience with international/multilingual SEO
