Job Description:
Pixelizes is seeking a talented Design Systems Specialist to build and maintain scalable design systems that drive consistency and efficiency across all digital products. You’ll work closely with designers and developers to ensure components, patterns, and style guidelines are unified, reusable, and pixel-perfect.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage a comprehensive design system in Figma or similar tools
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create scalable, reusable components
- Document usage guidelines, accessibility standards, and design best practices
- Partner with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Audit existing products for consistency and improve component usage
- Advocate for design system adoption across product teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or product design
- Strong expertise in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Familiarity with design tokens, atomic design, and component libraries
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend development workflows
- Strong attention to detail and systems thinking
- Experience with accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and usability standards
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Storybook, Zeroheight, or similar documentation tools
- Experience working with Agile product teams
- Basic knowledge of React, Vue, or Web Components
